multiple times windows update fails

Hello people.

I'm having a problem updating Windows 7 ultimate SP1 32 bits in my desktop. Ran Windows Update Diagnostic and gives 2 errors.

1. Windows Update error 0x80070057 (2019-05-24-T-10-41-37P) Not Fixed
2. Cryptographic service components are not registered. Not Fixed
