Multiple BSODs

Folks, hello
I have been receiving BSODs irregularly over the last couple of months.
'File collection' and Perfmon zips attached.
Most seem to be driver related with 'netbios.sys taking some precedence.
I have run File Verification a few weeks ago but only for about 8 hours. No result. I will set that up again and run for 24 hours or so using your instructions.

Most BSODs if not all occur while running video intensive applications (Prepar3, FSX)
In addition I receive App Crashes related to timing and my Video card where it resets itself.
I have tested my video card, re positioned it on the motherboard and changed the vid. driver many times.
Unfortunately I can't force these issues as they are intermittent. I can run applications up to 8-9 hours at times without any problems.

Unsure if these issues are related or I have multiple problems.
Trust we can sort these out with your expertise.

Cheers

Hi Jockos,

Could you tell us what the temperatures of the GPU are when idle & under load?
With what did you test your GPU exactly?

It sounds to me that your GPU is the issue, but I can't explain this
I can run applications up to 8-9 hours at times without any problems.

axe0, hello
I run GPU-Z. Idle is 25*C Runnung Prepar3 58*C
I have run FurMark and reached 63*C during stress test.

My ref to running app up to 8-9. I can run Prepar3 (vid intensive) for that time then run another time for say 2 hours and I will receive a BSOD or App crash related to a video reset -timing. I am attempting to indicate the spasmodic and irregular intervals of the issues with this comment.

I am into the 20th hour of running Verifier and not received any Verifier related BSOD's.

One thing I forgot to mention. Running these apps, occasionally, the system time will go out of sync. I have replaced the CMOS battery. This still continues.

In summary, I fear I may have multiple issues.
I was hopeful that the BSOD dumps would reveal more information

Thank you for your time axe0 and I trust we can work further to resolve my issues
Cheers
Jockos

What are the verifier settings exactly?

I set up verifier exactly as per the instructions appended to the top of this thread.
24 hours and have received no BSOD.

Hi jockos. :welcome:

I found some inconsistencies:
  • It seems your AVG isn't detected by the security center
  • You have some intel devices and programs but you don't have even one intel path in your PATH environment/system variable
  • Your PATh contains some (windows) doublets
I'd reinstall intel devices and programs, and AVG.
You can set the new path from Control Panel\System and Security\System - advanced system settings, environment variables:
c:\programdata\oracle\java\javapath;C:\Program Files (x86)\NVIDIA Corporation\PhysX\Common;c:\windows;c:\windows\system32;c:\windows\system32\wbem;c:\windows\system32\windowspowershell\v1.0\
