      • 08-08-2024 16:02:47 - PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA
      • 12-08-2024 13:44:26 - IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
      • 13-08-2024 13:23:07 - IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
      • 10-09-2024 13:48:39 - SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
    • DISM - No component store corruption detected
    • SFC - Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations
    • Windows Security - Does not find anything
    • Malwarebytes - Clean
    • Lenovo System Update - Found update, BIOS Update Utility - 10/11, Version 1.32. Installed
    • Lenovo Commercial Vantage - Does not find anything. Warranty expired 28-12-2023
    • Windows Memory Diagnostic Tool - The Windows Memory Diagnostic tested the computer's memory and detected no errors

I have some questions...
  • Is this a personal laptop or does it belong to a business for which you work?
  • Why are you running Windows 11 Enterprise? From where did you obtain the license?
  • You state your last OS install date as being 14.11.2020 and that was Windows 10, you must therefore have done an upgrade in place to Windows 11 Enterprise? When did you do that and were there any issues at all with that upgrade in place?
Please open a command prompt and enter the command slmgr /dlv, a small windows will open, please post a screenshot of that small window.
