Hello, my operative system is Windows 8 and, a time ago, my pc stopped recognizing my mobile phone (Samsung S8) to use the file transfer. Recently I went to the forum, to the Windows Update section, to solve a problem regarding the updating and installation of drivers, and I thought maybe it would work. However, it seems that the problem continues; I have tried everything, but every time I try to update Samsung_Android in device manager, another problem appears in relation to MTP USB Device: "the system can not find the specified file". Now I can not connect my mobile to my pc to transfer files in any way. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
