Hi
There is a thread about my persistent problem in the section of windows update. With the kind helps of the section moderator, we've tried several things, but no success at all.
I just learned how to deal with the machine in a way that less freezing appears. Like: moving the mouse in a smooth way or not switching between programs on the taskbar in a hurry. Also playing a music in the background to stop working with the machine until the appeared buzzing stops.
I guess everything about the machine's problem has been described in the mentioned thread, but please let me know if you need any more details.

Thank you.

Thanks for the reply satrow.
About the questions that have been asked in the description of the BSOD collection app page, I'm not aware of the age of the hardware or the original operating system, but I guess this link has useful info about the machine.

Regards.

That might be more useful had we just a few specifics to check, as it it - it's a clear 3x larger than my own Speccy data, the vast majority of which isn't immediately useful for pinpointing likely bottlenecks/flaky drivers etc, the layout is just unfamiliar and makes mi brane hert.

The Sysnative BSOD collection App covers the applicable basics in a way that's easier to to do a local comparison.

I had simular symptoms on one of my computers after I updated the bios.
When I watched netflix or youtube while playing something, the Graphics could freeze for a short moment and I got sound distortion, like brrrrppph. Sometimes it could even BSOD.
The fix for me was to disable the intergrated graphics in bios. When I updated the bios it turned it on without me noticing. After I disabled internal GFX again, everything has been fine.
Does your cpu have integrated gfx? Is it on in bios?

Thank you for your reply.
Unfortunately I didn't get what is the thing that you mentioned in your reply. But if you're talking about an onboard graphic processor (IGP), my mainboard doesn't have any, If not, please help me a little to understand it.
I tried to search integrated gfx, but I didn't get any related result.
