After using the sfc / scannow command, in the scan results the files are damaged or corrupted, for tanter said remedy I used the DISM command / On-Line / Cleanup-image / Restorehealth, the restore of the Windows image did not succeed is it stay stuck at 83.3%.
So I reset Windows without deleting my documents after that I rerun the sfc / scannow command the same files is corrupted or corrupted and DISM / On-Line / Cleanup-image / Restorehealth still stuck at 83.3%, so I used the SFCfix tool which could not fix my system files with a next txt report.
