hi BrianDrab,

i have the only this issue. Could You write me whats wrong?
i don't hesitate that I needed fix Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:wim:H:\sources\install.wim:1 /limitaccess from iso, because scan DISM shows me problem. My machine has nividia drivers and still is problem with open.dll.

regards

OK, let's first start with the following.

SFC Scan
1. Right-click on the Start
w8start.png
button and select Command Prompt (Admin)
2. When command prompt opens, Copy (Ctrl+C) and Paste (Right-click > Paste) the following command into it, then press Enter
sfc /scannow

3. Once it finishes, copy and paste the following into the command-prompt window and press Enter.
copy %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log "%userprofile%\Desktop\cbs.txt"

4. Once this has completed please go to your Desktop and you will find CBS.txt => Right-click on this file and choose Send To...Compressed (zipped folder). Please upload this zipped file CBS.zip to this thread

Please Note:: if the file is too big to upload to your next post please upload via a service such as Dropbox or One Drive or SendSpace and just provide the link.

OK, good. One more log please.

Extract Readable WindowsUpdate.log
1. Click in the search box at the bottom of the screen and type Powershell.
2. Click on Windows PowerShell Desktop app that appears in the search results.
3. Copy/Paste the following into the Powershell window and hit enter. Note: In Windows 10, after you have copied your text, you can simply right-click inside the powershell window and the text will be pasted.
Get-WindowsUpdateLog

4. You may be prompted with a Microsoft Internet Symbol Store terms of use dialog. If you are, please click Yes.
5. When the process is done there should be a WindowsUpdate.log on your desktop. Please zip/attach this file.

Good. That correlates with what I see in the logs. When specifically do you see the Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Runtime Package ?

Showed me in history of reliability in control panel. now it isn't showing.
when i check in windows update history was nothing about this install. now is my machine correct all ?

OK, so each day in reliability history you see the failure attempt of Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Runtime. I understand. Let's take a look at your event logs/apps.

Mini Toolbox
1. Please download MiniToolBox, save it to your desktop and run it.
2. Select only "List last 10 Event Viewer Errors" and "List Installed Programs"
3. Click the Go button.
5. Notepad will open with the log once it completes. Post the result (MTB.txt). A copy of MTB.txt will be saved in the same directory the tool is run.

Thanks. I would like to take a look at your System Event Logs. Please do the following.

Gather System Event Logs
1. Right-click your Start button and select Event Viewer.
2. Expand Windows Logs and locate and click on the System log.
3. Right-click on System and select Save All Events As...
4. Name the file System and save to your desktop. You may be prompted to add Display information. If you are please ensure that you include English display information.
5. You should now see a file on your desktop named System.evtx. Right-click on this file and select Send To Compressed (zipped) folder.
6. Please attach this to your next reply.

Thanks.
