Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Installation Failed: Error 1935, and SFC /scannow Fails: Windows Resource Protection Could Not Perform the Requested Operat.

Hi friends, I want to install A software which needs the support of C++ 2005 library, but when I installed it，it failed with error 1935. After searching on the internet, I found that the problem could be the system damage. So I ran the cmd.exe as Adminstrator, where I executed command "SFC /scannow", but the prompt returned with "Windows Resource Protection Could Not Perform the Requested Operation". I really need to solve this problem beacuse this software I want to run is very important! Besides, Windows Update in the settings always Failed.

Besides, I've tried to repair the system with Windows 20H2 ISO image, but when I tried to run DISM in cmd, it failed as well. The dism.log file is attached.
