I tried looking up 192.168.100.1 with no results. I started with the IP address of my previous modem which was an ARRIS Surfboard SB6121 . No Luck. I am confused. All I get is "This site can’t be reached 192.168.100.1 took too long to respond." 192.168.100.1 was the address of the last modem.
The Router is TP-LINK C7 . I am NOT having a problem with my connections through the modem/router, I am just confused why the address does NOT work.
I use Chrome as my browser

The reason for the previous information is that is the ONLY hardware change related to the Internet. I did change to a NVIDIA Graphics card about a year ago.
I don't know when this Network Adapter program was installed as I haven't seen it before. It has a date of 2006 in the Properties. When I click on it I get
"This device cannot start. (Code 10)"
I tried updating the program and troubleshooting it with no results.
It looks like it could be useful if it ran

I run Windows 7 Professional 64bit. Version 6.1. Build 7601. Service Pack 1.
Why the concern over backup plan?
How does this relate to my question?

That's my signature.

That being said, a backup plan is relevant to every person who owns a computer and has data they wish to protect in the event something goes wrong, especially when troubleshooting.

The Teredo Tunneling Adapter has always been there. It's purpose is to help with communication between ipv4 and ipv6 protocols.

Do you have a modem and a router? If so, what is the model of your current Modem?

The default ip of your current router is 192.168.0.1

Yep, that's the exact modem I have and 192.168.100.1 is the default IP. The only other thing I can think of is when your ISP provisioned it, they may have also changed the default IP. I'd call them and ask at least.

There are no user changeable functions once you get in. That being said, I like to look at the data in mine from time to time.

I have corrected the Toredo issue with a modification to the Register and ReBoot to reload many hidden Network files.
Still no access to the modem.
I downloaded Macrium Reflect and will run it. I will have to find where other restore points are kept first.

The Arris CM8200 User's Guide confirms that 192.168.100.1 is the default address for its Web Manager interface. It also contains instructions for resetting the device to factory defaults, which is worth a try if you cannot access the Web Manager via the default address.

As an aside, do not confuse Windows System Protection (which includes creating and restoring from restore points) with using a third party tool to create full system image backups and/or user data backups. Windows System Protection has always been flaky, at best, and should never be relied upon as a primary mechanism for system restoration. It's much more a "convenience" when it works to roll back relatively small and recent changes.

If you want to protect your system and your user data you must take full system image backups using the tool of your choosing as well as separate user data backups (and I happen to like the Windows 10 built-in File History utility for doing those).

I have run Reboot, Refresh and Reset for the Arris CM8200 Cox gave me for free with no luck looking for firmware settings. The front panel only has the receive light on as blue(DOCSIS 3.1). Online is indicated by a flashing light where the router and modem are connected in the back. The router is

Archer C7
AC1750 Wireless Dual Band Gigabit Router
This is running at 2.4.
I do not have Cox Gigablast or Panoramic. I have Cox High Speed Internet Preferred.
