Windows 10 has been with us for a little over eight months now, which means there are only about four months remaining to get a free upgrade from an older Windows operating system. As the clock counts down, Microsoft has begun to auto-schedule PCs to upgrade to Windows 10 with or without consent from end users.

I don't think the author of that article can count. W10 was released July 29th. The article was written 2 days ago on May 14. That means it has been out 2 weeks shy of 10 months (not 8) and there are 2 1/2 months (not 4) left to take advantage of the free offer.

At any rate, I do wish users would give W10 an "honest" try - for security reasons alone.
