Microsoft: 40 million Windows 8 licenses sold to date

Software giant Microsoft has reportedly sold 40 million Windows 8 licenses since the launch of its new operating system last month.
Microsoft’s chief marketing and financial officer for Windows, Tami Reller, hailed the success of Windows 8 during a presentation at the Credit Suisse Annual Tech Conference earlier today.
