[SOLVED] Micro stutters on my PC

Hello,

New here I was recommended to pop in here and try to get some help. I tend to be the guy everyone goes to for builds and troubleshooting so this is weird for me. This issue has had me wondering for a while it might be something small or something I am overlooking. I get Micro stutters quite often. I do play VR\Stream games and work on this PC. It does these even when I am not running any apps and have no load on the system. I have gotten a lot of video clips showing these stutters but in VR they can make me very dizzy and it's pretty annoying. I have also attached my full spec readout from CPU-Z and a video of the Stutters while in VR.

Have you tried running LatencyMon? Resplendence Software - LatencyMon: suitability checker for real-time audio and other tasks

It can help identify if some process or interrupt is taking a long time to process.
I ran that this is my output sorry I am new to this program.

Just an Update. I found a guide to using a program called MSI Ver 3. I made my GPU and PCI Bus and a few other devices. This has helped a lot but I still get some random stutters. Thanks for the suggestion it's been super helpful.

Good job!
You can try to update the motherboard BIOS to 2802.
I did that along with the noted changes I just forgot to post that but thank you so much for your time I am super excited to try VR as it seems like it's settled down! I have been somewhat busy but I'll try a stream tonight and see what happens.
 
Well, I still had some stutters. Reserved CPU Sets were recommended on P-cores. All my issues are now gone and I can use the E-Cores also!
