I'm going to be as concise as possible, I've been exploring options on how to deal with this issue on other forums as well and I believe I am making progress which led me to this forum and to SFCFIX, so here we go:

Original Post

So since I installed Windows 10 a month ago everything was running smoothly, then one day when streaming a video online it froze entirely, the audio was also stuttering frozen, I couldn't move the mouse or do anything, leaving me to hit the power button everytime, at first it happened only when streaming videos, but after a while the issues started happening randomly when the Macbook was idle or when i was surfing the web, even when I moved the MacBook from the desk to my lap, the only proof of logs I have of this issue is in the Reliability Report can anyone help me solve this issue I'm having or confirm that this issue is happening to someone else (I have to press the power button everytime to reset the laptop, with no access to the GUI)

Current Findings

After exploring this issue on Reddit I was directed to the Event log to search for bugs, after isolating a couple bugs, found in file EventViewer1 (posted along with this) I proceeded to solve SOME of the issues using some quick googling, then I started getting a whole new error when crashes happened found in EventViewer2 (posted along with this) when googling how to solve the programs thereafter I was directed to using the command

1) sfc.exe /scannow
2) dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth/

So after running 1 It was succesful, but when running command 2, I found the proccess to be frozen at 40%, so i did somemore googling, leading me to SCFFIX, so i figured I could use that to solve the issue, after running SCFFIX and leaving it running for an entire night, still no results it was frozen all night in the same place as written as SCFFIX freeze

I'm at my wits end, I don't know what more to do, PLEASE SEND HELP XD

What I have done, but was unsuccessful

1) Fixed most of the bugs in EventViewer1
2) Anazlyzed the dump/minidump files nothing of use, just crashed driver reports probably pertaining to the original freeze
3) Run SCFFIX with no success

====
Thank you for taking your time to read my problem, It's driving me to hell and back

Also a side note, I am assuming at this time, this is the issue resulting in my freeze/crash since no other events in the event log precede/proceed the reset after crash

IF ANYONE CAN FIGURE ANYTHING CAUSING THIS FREEZE I WOULD BE FOREVER IN YOUR DEBT :(

Hi Faheemazizm. :welcome:
Did you under-overclocked your machine?
When have you cleaned your heatsinks, fans and their "breathers"/"air slits"(???) last time? And put a new layer of thermal past on the processor?
(Or when have you brought your machine to the assistance, and they do it for you?)

It's a MacBook Pro... 2015 model... Brand new perhaps a month at the most... What is the premise for asking these questions? I kinda identified this as a bios/software issue (assumed right now) so hardware is not the issue...

I didn't get you are using a MacBook Pro, who knows the exact model, who knows the exact OS installed on it, with a software named BootCamp (I assume it is something similar to wine for Linux, or maybe kinda a virtual machine for using windows), to install and run windows 10.
That could be intuitive for you, or other experts, but not for everybody (me included).
Sorry and good luck.:smile9:

No offense but I mentioned both in the post "when the Macbook was idle" and the title includes MBP... I really don't believe you read the post properly.

Anyway thank you for your input. Bye
