Hi,
For over a week, I have tried multiple times to down load KB5000802 and keep receiving an error message. I receive the error message of 0X80073701.

I have used the Troubleshooter, and the advanced Trouble Shooter. I have gone into safe mode and did the system file checker and a corrupted file was fixed. But, still this cumulative update keeps failing. I am fearful taking any further involved steps that something more major could happen because of it. The Servicing Stack update went through for March. I don't want to do anything that would change my computer's settings or going back to a default situation for the computer. I look forward to hearing from you.

Thank you.

Hi, this is a continuation of my post started above. I wasn't able to figure out how to add this information to it so I am adding it here. Below are the results I have for Steps #4 and #5 - the Run SFCFix and the CBS. I had to use a link to the DropBox Folder for the results of the CBS zipfile.

I am using a Windows 10 64 bit desktop computer. 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2400 CPU @ 3.10GHz 3.10 GHz

I wish to thank Corrine for her recommendation to utilize Sysnative Forums for help with this Windows cumulative update failure error for March 2021. I tried to download KB5000802 cumulative update for March again after taking all of these steps and the same error occurred. Thank you.

Hopefully this link will work to the CBS zip file that was too large to attach.
