Malwarebytes account hacked?

After updating malwarebytes the account(premium) associated with it disappeared. The account was not going to expire any time soon. It is now asking me to subscribe and the email that I used with this account doesn't seem to work in order to recover the account.
 
Go to the MBAM forums. You'll get help there.
Since May 7th, my lifetime license on one of 5 computers keeps reverting to Free. I have to keep activating it. Unfortunately, I can't use the cleanup tools because I don't have NET 4 installed on the computer.

Don't count on a support ticket. I filled one out on May 11th and have heard nothing. Your best bet is to post in the forum.

That is exactly what happened to one of my computers. I activated the product again using my key and ID, and everything works fine now.

To activate the product, go to Settings, Account and select Activate. There, you can enter your credentials.
 
My one computer continually needs to be activated anywhere from 1 day to 6 days. Last Thursday, it was on the last leg of the sceduled scan and it changed from Premium to Free! Only Premium allows scheduled scans so it was Premium when the scan started.

When you click activate, you will eventually get to the dashboard. To prove it is you, a code is sent to an email address. Keep the tab with the dashboard open. You will probably see 0 of 1 license available. You click on Manage devices and I see that my program has been activated 3 times on May 5th. It isn't always 3 times on May 5th but lots of times that is what shows. You clear that then you will be able to activate and be set with your Premium program again.
 
So I am trying to log in to the forum and since I don't remember my password I request for a new one. When I use the link that they provide to reset the password I get the following. Screenshot - 6_2_2022 , 9_34_21 AM.jpg

Srange message... You are NOT awaiting validation...

Perhaps simply create a new user at the forum to seek help. After you log in, mention the problems you are having including not being able to get a password reset for your previous account.
 
The mb-support-1.8.7.918.exe didn't work for me because after double clicking the extracted but nothing appeared afterward. Also the forum suggests the I submit a ticket instead.
