[SOLVED] Machine 8: KB4499164 failed with code 80070002 on WS2008R2 Standard SP1 x64 (DWrite.dll ERROR_FILE_NOT_FOUND)

Problem with KB4499164
Error Code 80070002
System Update Readness Tool (KB947821) did not help
SFCFix did not find any problems

Main problem (as I see) is this: x86_microsoft-windows-directwrite_31bf3856ad364e35_7.1.7601.23688_none_c657164201eacd8d\DWrite.dll [HRESULT = 0x80070002 - ERROR_FILE_NOT_FOUND]

And I found another similar (with same 3rd party software) server with tha same issue, I think, that fixes (if someone will give me them) will apply to both servers

I think I found solution for that 2 servers.
As niemiro adviced, I searched for "windows build 7601.23688" (7601.23688 is from DWrite.dll path) and found that KB article https://support.microsoft.com/en-us...-quality-update-for-windows-7-sp1-and-windows with file information:




Then I download KB4012212 from Update Catalog
I did try to install msu file no luck. It says that update already installed.
Then I decided to install in with DISM like here [SOLVED] - [WinServer2008R2SP1 x64] Can't install KB4034664.
