[SOLVED] Machine 7: KB4499164 failed with 8000FFFF on Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard SP1 x64

OS: Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard SP1 x64
Problem with KB4499164
Error Code 8000FFFF
System Update Readness Tool (KB947821) did not help
SFCFix did not find any problems

niemiro in private message adviced me to try install latest Servicing Stack Update (regardless of whether you think it is already installed).
I installed kb4490628 by msu file sucessfully.
And then KB4499164 appear to installs fine!
That issue resolved by niemiro
