Lots of Windows update problems, Latest is 80070002.

Hi, I've been having trouble with windows update for some time, it gave me many different errors and I think that I managed to fix the majority of them. Though now there is a new problem, anytime I try to run the update I get error 80070002. I don't understand too much about computers but based on what I've found from other threads I think that it must be something involving my registry. Any help would be invaluable and I would greatly appreciate it, this problem is making school work unbearable.
