Windows 11 Home version 22h2 right now trying to update to 23h2 but it fails, a bunch of the fixes also have failed all pointing towards my configuration registry database being corrupt, my installation of windows being corrupt, and my windows update tools being corrupt.
sfc /scannow results in Windows Resource Protection could not perform the requested operation.
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth results in

The configuration registry database is corrupt.
trying "Reset this PC" fails both while running and when booted into recovery
trying to update using Installation Media downloaded from Microsoft results in 0x8007001F - 0x3000D The installation failed in the FIRST_BOOT phase with an error during MIGRATE_DATA operation
trying to update using Windows Update results in Install error - 0x8007001F
