Looking for AirPrint options, Need a W7 share any printer installed as Airprinter

Only looking for apps. that are/will be installed on any W7 PC/LT to share there installed printers as a Airprint device, on iPhone's/Pad's.
Don't want to install other app's on these cells or pads. Just want to use their installed AirPrint app. only.

Tried these. Free would be best, but budget is say, 5 bucks an install lets say to start here.

Don't need any BS piggy back apps. that get installed as well, so to share printers, in this solution.

Have people who can barely use the airprint app on cells or pads.

Don't want to buy AirPrint Printers, as well.

Looking for best options/choice to use in this scenario. If you would please share your experiences, and best find.
