Looking for a dock application with specific features

So I am looking into getting a Dock for Windows 7, It must have the following

-Must be able to hide automatically and must not show up if I hover around the area while playing games
-Must be able to take over the Window List, ergo if I say have Chrome open, then it needs to be able to prevent Chrome's icon from showing up in the windows taskbar and make it so that it only shows up in the Dock. I am willing to take workarounds on this if anyone just happens to know of a way to do this
-Must be theme-able
-System Tray functionality while if available, isn't relevant or needed
-System resource use is irrelevant to me. I have 16GB of DDR3 RAM, a Processor with 8 cores and turbo boost, and a Graphics card with 3gb dedicated.
-Must work with Windows 7, and 64-Bit variants.

I see no purpose for such a product as the Windows taskbar, Quicklaunch and System Tray do all that for me, without adding any 3rd party apps that may or may not get in the way. So I cannot say from experience what application dock program is best.

But I do use Start8 with Windows 8 and have found this to be an excellent, rock solid, piece of software. With that in mind, these same people make ObjectDock. While I hate to "assume" as that is a good way to get burned, I am going to assume that ObjectDock is just as well made and supported. It is not free, but has a 30 day trial period and if you like it, it only costs $9.99 (on sale now for $7.49).
