Lock Screen Preview keeps loading forever and not change picture

Hi guys

I need help to change picture in Lock Screen. When i try it keeps loading forever and not changing picture.

I fresh installed w10 1607 and im not doing any updates.

I hope there is someone that knows how to solve this little bug. I did it in the past but i forgot how.... Thanks for all the help on this irritating bug.

Also, anyone knows how to remove Cortana shortcut from StarMenu? It´s the only leftover that i can´t get rid off.

For Lock Screen right click an empty space on desktop. Choose Personalize, then Lock Screen. You really should bring Windows 10 up to date. For Cortana, go to the Task Manager>Startup>Right click Cortana and choose disable.

Thanks, but i need technical help. I know how to do that. And no i donty need to update windows because it always worked fine without it. Cortana is already removed less the annoying shortcgut in StartMenu ...i have no srtart up cortana or any Cortana process running :)

Assuming it's a legal copy of Windows, it should be updated for security reasons. w10 1607 is very exploitable.
