[SOLVED] LoadUserProfile call failed: configuration registry database is corrupt.

Hi, my win10 laptop recently ran out of battery unexpectedly, and the resulting crash clearly corrupted some files. I had problems getting new drivers installed, which I fixed using this site, and replacing the 'drivers' file in system32\config. However although things are almost back on track, onedrive for business seems to be taking way longer than it used to scanning files, and there's an error in the event viewer which I wonder is related. The error is from Service Control Manager & is:
The LoadUserProfile call failed with the following error: The configuration registry database is corrupt.

I've done SFC /scannow and DSIM restorehealth. I've also updated from build 1903 to 1909. Any ideas how I find out what's going on?
 
For some reason chrome won't let me view the latest files on my hard drive when I go to 'attach files', so I've pasted below instead. I'm confused by the way that the 'ProfileImagePath has come out - in the registry, that's a human readable file path?:

Mostly during boot I reckon 15-30 times during boot, and a couple of times during shutdown. Not obviously occurring outside those events at a high level.
 
Thanks - I came across that once before, but wasn't sure how to go about narrowing down which service was causing the problems. However after exporting that registry branch for you, I realised there were only two, so I just renamed both of them (as per the linked site), and the problem's gone away. Thanks!
