More Information:
Ran memtest 86+ for 4 hours (3 passes) with no issues at the time of writing etc.
These crashes most commonly occur while using a browser or right on startup. While playing league of legends, the crashes rarely happen if ever. I usually get around 3-5 crashes a day and has been going on for 2 months. Ran malwarebytes scan, no viruses and for driver verifier, it BSOD 25+ times with the error being driver verifier causing the crash. Also got KMODE Exception, IRQL not less or equal, and secure kernel error.

    Information from resource tables:

Your Synaptics Meticalla SMI (track pad?) driver appears to be causing issues, please check for a suitable update from the OEM support page - laptops and netbooks :: thinkpad p series laptops :: thinkpad p52 type 20m9 20macontentdetail - Lenovo Support GB

However, since the other dump files were corrupt, there may be other underlying issues.
