I've got problem when watching netflix, its a delay between sound and image.

In attached files you can see LatencyMon communicate, and CBS Logs.

My Laptop is brand new, with actual GPU, Processor drivers...

Hi,
Did you run the speccy from xilolee's excellent instruction here?

Retrieve System Information, using speccy
  1. Download Speccy portable - actual version 1.29.714 (click), unzip/decompress it and put it on your desktop.
  2. When the program opens, it will retrieve some information regarding your system.
  3. Once it's done, select the File menu and choose Publish snapshot. Answer Yes to the confirmation message.
(Or generate a log in your pc, if you prefer to not publish the snapshot for some reason)
  4. On the next screen that comes up, choose the Copy to Clipboard button and paste this link in your next reply.
(Or upload here the generated log, in case you didn't publish the snapshot)
If you don't mind my asking, what else do you use this laptop for?

Speeds are good. Has this always happened or did it just start?

Have you updated the video driver from Nvidia's website?
https://us.download.nvidia.com/Windows/442.59/442.59-desktop-win10-64bit-international-dch-whql.exe

This is the latest released March 10th. If you choose to do so, check the clean install box.

Create a system restore point before you make any changes.

If all else fails use @britechguy 's excellent tutorial here:

If he did the repair install correctly, that should have put him on the latest version.
@browsfer Hit your start button and type winver and hit enter and tell us what version you are currently on please.

I finally fixed this on my own...
My tip is :
1. Make clean install of Win10
2. Install all drivers
3. Go to bios setup, select configuration tab -> storage -> controller mode -> change to RST mode

I.e., did you try both modes (AHCI and RST), but with AHCI mode you got the delay?
Are you able to switch between the two modes without unexpected events?
