Hi,
Last month, the January CU for my Windows 10 20H2 wouldn't install.
In fact, it did install but after reboot it did a Startup Repair and then rolled back the changes.
I then thought I'll wait for the February Patch Tuesday as they might be something wrong with the current one. Not really looked into it.
No that the new CU is here I'm having the exact same issue.
So the updates is installed, prompts for reboot, Startup Repair runs and the update is rolled back.
I have a Dell Latitude 5580.
What I did:
I can't figure out what is causing the update to roll back. There must be some kind of incompatibility with hardware/driver/software. But can't figure out what it is.
I did not try to install the update manually via the Update Catalog. I don't think that would make any difference.
If someone could push me in the right direction where to look at I would appreciate it.
Thank you

What I did:
- Updated all drivers
- BIOS is updated to the latest version
- Ran Windows Update Troubleshooter (useless in my opinion)
- sfc /scannow
- DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth and DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
- Renamed the SoftwareDistribution folder
- Disabled BitLocker Protectos (just in case)
