Latest (KB:5003173) messed up my Windows 10 Update. What now?

Hello everyone,
I am desperate and a bit upset.
The latest update is now stuck.
In Windows Update I get this error:
"There were problems downloading some updates, but we'll try again later.
If you keep seeing this, try searching the web or contacting support for help.
This error code might help: (0x800700c1)"

I tried Media tool install and it failed.

Sfc /scannow
C:\WINDOWS\system32>sfc /scannow
Windows Resource Protection could not start the repair service.


C:\WINDOWS\system32>DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

in CBS.log I see this error:

I have NO CLUE!!!

Any suggestion?
I am afraid I have to reinstall W10 as I have a lot of things I need already setup.

Forget it.
The new ISO update came out yesterday and that did not help either.
I had to reinstall an old image.
MS sucks!
