Latencymon 6.71 refusing to launch

I installed latencymon on my windows 10 pc and when I try to launch the app it shows up in the taskbar but the window never appears.

It's not an issue with the window being "off screen" either.

If I right click it in my taskbar I get 3 options: LatencyMon, Pin to taskbar, Close window.
Clicking LatencyMon doesn't do anything and Close window removes it from my taskbar.

I've uninstalled, reinstalled it, rebooted many times, made sure I ran it as admin, tried windows 7 compatibility mode and still no change.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

My latencymon was working normally and now it starts but can only see it in the taskbar. You link is to fill out a support form. What is the fix or reason. I have uninstalled and reinstalled.
