Latency issues - almost fixed (I hope)

Hi...I hope i'm not breaking any forum rules by posting this here as my first post. Thank you so much in advance for taking the time to read through this thread.

I've been having latency issues when using Ableton 10 for music production. CPU usage spikes up to 133%. I had optimized my laptop for music production and everything was perfect until up to a few days ago when I began having this issue. The only major change I can think of was the updating of drivers and a Windows update. Latencymon and Windows Performance Analyzer identified dxgkrnl.sys as the culprit, but after searching online, I concluded it was a Wi-Fi or Graphics Card driver issue.

I uninstalled my Graphics Card drivers (one AMD went back to a previous version and another one became a generic driver upon restart) and lo and behold, my CPU usage in Ableton dropped quite a bit, but suddenly it started spiking over 100% again. I ran Ableton with Wi-Fi disabled and Speedstate enabled in BIOS (CPU usage seemed to increase when disabled).

I'm attaching my specs and the latest Latencymon report (with the Graphics Cards uninstalled - reinstalled by themselves). I apologize in advance since my OS is in Spanish, but i'm glad to translate if needed.

13/05/2020 Herramienta de eliminación de software malintencionado de Windows x64, v5.82 (KB890830)
Tras su descarga, esta herramienta se ejecuta una vez para comprobar
si su equipo está infectado por cierto software malintencionado
muy frecuente (incluido Blaster, Sasser y Mydoom) y ayuda a eliminar
todas las infecciones que se detecten. Si se detecta una infección,
la herramienta mostrará un informe de estado la próxima vez que
arranque el equipo. Cada mes aparecerá una nueva versión de la
herramienta. Si desea ejecutarla en el equipo de forma manual,
puede descargar una copia del Centro de descarga Microsoft o
ejecutar una versión en línea desde microsoft.com. Esta herramienta
no es un sustituto de un producto antivirus. Para proteger su
PC, debería usar un producto antivirus.

Thank you again. I feel like after several days of trial and error i'm close to figuring it out. I hope someone can help.
 
Can't edit my post...but...here's an update. (I apologize beforehand because i'm terrible at computers and i'm sure nothing i'm saying is gonna be right haha)

I spent some time reading about GPUs and I decided to try the following:

1) Updated my dedicated GPU (AMD Radeon HD) driver to the latest Windows would allow me to inside Device Manager.

2) Disabled my integrated GPU (Intel (R) HD Family Graphics) driver.

3) Disabled all internet drivers.

I ran Ableton again and sure enough, the CPU usage meter went way down. I played a loop while running Latencymon and it marked no errors. I noticed no audio dropouts of any sort.

It's still not running as smoothly as it did before this all happened but i'm not going to complain. I'm attaching the latest Latencymon report. Maybe there's still something else that needs to be checked out. Also, are there any general recommendations I should be aware of? I'm worried this might happen again. Should I avoid updating drivers (or going back to them if they are automatically updated?). I hope this is useful to someone in my same situation.
