Hi guys!
like the rest of you Ihave/had latency issues. I began yesterday to find a solution and the first thing I've found was that some drivers that AIDA64 uses cases high latency as shown here
Then using LatencyMon notice that ndis.sys also doesn't play nice when your network is under load, like using p2p. So I've spent all day trying to figure out how to resolve this. Finally it seems I found it.
Been running for about 2 hours without issues and ndis.sys isn't even on the "map" anymore
So if you got an Intel NIC, might work on others too. I'm using the latest drivers (Intel PROSet 20.7.68.0)
If that doesn't do it. Try also disable "c states" in your bios. And use the "High Performance" profile in Windows, under Power Options (win+x). Those are the only things I've changed.
OS Windows 10 Pro
CPU Intel Core i7-6700K
Motherboard Asus Maximus VIII Hero (BIOS Version 1601)
Video Adapter NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980
Network Adapter Intel(R) Ethernet Connection (2) I219-V

- open device manager (win+x)
- select your network adapter (double click for properties)
- select advanced, then find "performance options" press properties.
- select "Interrupt Moderation Rate" and set it to Minimal, OK.
- reboot...
