LastPass 4.68.0

I am having a problem with LastPass 4.68.0 on Chrome. This was automatically installed last week. When I click on it I get a blank list of options.
Also last week 4.67.1.4 was installed in FireFox. This works fine. I sent a note to LastPass Support Friday, but no response yet, other than they will look
into it.
I only run on mine and my wife's computers. NO OTHER DEVICES
Chrome comes up with the READER LIST which shows my bookmarks. I hope this is not interfering. I tried to disable it's flag with no results. I then set it back
to enable. No Luck.
I run Windows 7 Professional 64bit. I do not have support from Microsoft and I only use this as a home computer.

I don't think your problem is due to malware ..! However, if in doubt, please follow the instructions below:

I run MalwareByte's Premium. Thanks for the suggestion as I haven't run it since this issue.
I just finished running Malwarebytes and it found nothing wrong.
All I can figure is that it has to be something between 4.68.0 and Google Chrome.
