Hello @all

so one week ago ive bought a Laptop (Acer Aspire VN7 591G-77A9) and so far i am amazed.
The only thing which bugs me is, when im watching TV over Horizon.TV or watching Youtube videos, the sound starts popping, crackling or even go static as soon as i minimize Chrome.
The sound is nice as long as i am in the Tab where the Videos is playing. The reason why its bad is, because i like to listen to some for example music on Youtube while im working on a powerpoint presentation ohr cheking my
emails in Thunderbird (<---- examples). I did almost everything, ive updated my Drivers, restored my Laptop a thousand times but still i have this annoying problem :/

With latencymon ive found out, that ntoskrnl.exe seems to be the problem but i dont know how to fix it.

I hope i did it right with my log file and i hope you can help me.

File-Upload.net - CPU.rar

Edit: here a screen fof latencymon Bild: unbenanntntkcg.png - abload.de

Check Acer support site for any outstanding driver + BIOS updates.

I tried entering "VN7 591G-77A9" for product; nothing came back - Download Drivers and Manuals | Acer Official Site

Other than that -- a 1 week old system with audio crackling - I would take it back and exchange for a new one.

For info, ntoskrnl.exe is the Windows NT Kernel and definitely is not the cause.
