Laptop locks up intermittently

Hello all,

It may not be a question that will have a definite answer, but I'd like to get as much info as possible. I have a passively cooled Acer Aspire E 11 ES1-111M-P2YU laptop that was upgraded to 8 gigs of RAM + 128 gigs of ADATA SSD maybe five years ago. Runs fully updated win10 with almost nothing installed (MS Office & a few biophysics visualization programs).

I love this silly bastard when I need something very light, but as of ~last 6 months it started to lock up randomly, as in freeze requiring a hard reboot. Can go for weeks without any issues and hence very hard to test & reproduce. Memtest reported no issues, /batteryreport seems fine (in fact, much better than my $1600 Yoga C930), sfc /scannow did report corrupted files that it said it was able to recover (log attached). I don't know if this was caused by all the forced power cycling or if it's the source of the original problem.
I'm happy to replace the SSD, but would like your opinion first.

What do you think? Thanks!
