HI, I bought an Acer AspireV5-473PG about 3 months ago. In the beginning it was working fine. After about 2 months of usage, the laptop starts to lag. Just to open an Microsoft word document will require me to wait for about 2 minutes. The laptop is very lag/slow to open any software. Occasionally the program will not be responding.

Once downloaded, extract the file and run the program for your OS.
