Any solution to solve it ?

This all of a sudden started to happen? Did you make any other HW changes? Have you scanned for malware?

You may need to disconnect any extra devices (especially USB) and uninstall the driver, reboot and see if Windows reinstalls it. If the keyboard is failing, and you are handy with your hands, you can replace a notebook keyboard without too much hassle or expense.

Alternatively, you should be able to simply connect an external USB keyboard and use that.

Ya, after i turn on my notebook, i found that 4 button i mention fail to function. I had scanned the malware and antivirus and nope be detected.
i had uninstall the driver and reboot...but the problem still appear even i formated whole windows and update the bios to newest version. One screen keyboard (OSK) is fine to run but it is troublesome...
i had not try to connect with external USB keyboard becoz i not have it and out of the town. ( need to go for shopping)
i scare later even i buy new usb keyboard...the button still fail to function.
any other way to solve it ?

I would try to borrow a keyboard before buying one. But if you have to buy one, you can get a very basic USB keyboard under $10. Walmart has nearly 40 for under $10 to choose from.

Since your on-screen keyboard (OSK) works, I would suspect an external keyboard will too.

Otherwise, it sounds like you have tried everything else you can. So assuming there is no Fn Key setting you accidently enabled I have nothing else to offer but the external keyboard.
