Hello.
i have a problem with my computer. it is new computer almost a year using it. windows 7 64 bit. the problem is that sometimes when the screen is turn off (while no one touch the computer) i cant wake him up and the mouse and the keyboard is not responding.
in the device manager the kbrd/mouse set to wake the pc if sleep. in the power management the sleep and the hibernate and the hybrid are set to off. and also i turn of the "allow this pc to turn of this device (keyboard and mouse)
but the problem is continuing happend. 1 time the keyboard and mouse got stuck after watching video in youtube. so i ran kaspersky anti virus. malwarebyte. and regcleaner and i dont know if it helped.i found 8 malware infected files and since then nothing happend but it continuing to freeze the keyboard and the mouse when pc go untachble like 2-5 hours. i didnt check the bios yet. i did a sfc /scannow and it says that he found problems but could not fix them so i upload it so you guys can look at it. the keyboard and the mouse are microsoft and there is no other usb device that connected to the computer. i thinking to replace the keyboard and the mouse since i dont have other computer to test them. one more thing when the keyboard and mouse freeze then the "numloc" stay light on and i cant turn it off. i havent try to unplug and plug it again it might help but i decide to ask your help about it. so please help me if you can. i have also upload my dxdiag maybe it will help. nothing is posted in the event viewer too. thank you.

I would suggest trying another kb and mouse, preferably plug-n-play (PnP) or PS/2.

Microsoft KB and Mice usually have software apps that install when plugged in that may be interfering with the settings that you overrode.

I will try to replace them hope it will work.

it happened again but this time the whole computer just freeze on and off not just the keyboard and mouse. and while it freeze the mouse marker change icons from arrow to pointer and back again. i font know if it's the keyboard i think it's something else or hardware or software that damage my system. i will borrow any way the keyboard and will try any how.

Hi. I did the scan with memtest & 0 errors. i also did a repair from windows 7 disk. don't know if it solved the problem tho. hope it did. i am open to any suggestion. the worst case scenario i will format my pc just want to be sure it's a software problem and not a hardware one.

Hi -

Thank you for running the apps and providing the output files.

The files show quite a few "Live Kernel Events" - these are usually associated with video.

Have you noticed any problems with video?

My suggestion - remove KIS and see if things improve.

Use removal tool - http://kb.eset.com/esetkb/index?page=content&id=SOLN146

Re-boot upon completion.

Install MSE - http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/security-essentials-download

You can always reinstall KIS if you wish.

I will think about it. its to give up KIS and install new program instead. i need to think about this. if the problem with video then the nvidia need reinstall no? why the anti virus is the problem?

if i will remove it and reinstall it it's ok? can i continuing using the KIS? or it's a trouble?

Hi. i have remove the KIS using the KIS tool via safe mode and reinstall it. so far so good i will lat you know if the problem return. thank you.
