Kernel-EventTracing Event 28: Error setting traits on provider

Now that we're all here, more out of curiosity, because the PC operates seemingly fine...
Every time I boot there is a new error event 28: "Error setting traits on Provider {77811378-e885-4ac2-a580-bc86e4f1bc93}. Error: 0xC0000005"
Seems identical to this, no resolution was provided unfortunately. If I issue 'logman query providers | findstr 77811378' from that link, nothing is returned. My file collection is attached. Any comments? Thanks!

I'm getting the exact same error.. even with the exact same ID string, "Error setting traits on Provider {77811378-e885-4ac2-a580-bc86e4f1bc93}. Error: 0xC0000005"

Did you eventually resolve it? If so, how?

I'm on Windows 11 Pro 22H2, and an AMD Zen4 system.
