KB5040437 fails continuously with 0x800f081f on Windows Server 2022 Standard

Hello there,
I am receiving 0x800F081f when trying to deploy KB5040437

I have read other posts where @Maxstar has corrected the issues.

Below is copy of my components file from the SERVER 2022 standard edition
