[SOLVED] KB5034770 installation problem. Error 0x800f081f

Good morning,

I'm having a headache from the exact same problem here:
Server 2022 - All cumulative Updates error with 0x800f081f

It's a Windows Server 2022 machine.
Trying to install the update KB5034770 via automatic updates, the installation reach 100% then it gaves me the error 0x800f081f.
I tried to install the update manually but it fails, too.

At the same time, I was able to install the .NET framework 3.5 from server manager, without any problem.

I ran SFC, DISM and SFCFix and no corruption was found.

I really tried everything but nothing worked to me.
I finally solved by in-place updating the OS with the latest win2022 iso.
