KB5034441 Keeps Trying to Install

KB5034441 Keeps Trying to Install on my laptop, even though I've completely removed my Windows Restore Partition. From everything I've read, I shouldn't even be offered this update since I no longer have a recovery partition. I've disabled the windows update service and cleared all the cache files, and also used disk cleanup to remove all the windows update files as well.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I suspect this is an easy fix that I'm missing.

Download

wushowhide.diagcab to hide an update.

Double click on the wushowhide.diagcab file and press Next.
Now the tool will search for updates and performs a scan to detect problems.
When this process is complete click on Hide updates.
Now an overview will appear with updates that have not yet been installed.
Select the update you want to hide and press Next.
When the troubleshooting has completed you can close the tool.
