[SOLVED] KB5030211 failing with error 0x80070003 Windows 10 Home 22H2 64bit

Hello,

I'm getting repeating issues with Windows Updates on my Dell Laptop Windows 10 Home 22H2 64bit. I had the same issues in past on my old installation of Windows. I'm getting error 0x80070003. Windows is installing updates, restarts and undoing changes in a loop.


SFC /scannow - no issues.

Download

SFCFix and save it to your desktop.

• Download the attachment SFCFixScript.txt and save it to your desktop.
• Drag the SFCFixScript.txt file over the SFCFix.exe executable and release it.

• SFCFix will launch, let it complete.
• Once done, a file will appear on your desktop, called SFCFix.txt.
• Post the logfile (SFCFix.txt) as attachment in your next reply.

Great, the fix completed successfully. Please reboot the system and attempt to update. If it fails attach a new copy of the CBS logs and the Setupapi.dev.log.
