KB5007186 disable jump lists and notification panel

Hello.
This update came out several weeks ago. After it installs and the computer reboots the notifications panel no longer opens. Also, the jump lists for Word and Excel no longer work.
Is there any way to block this one update but allow others to be installed.

I have not heard widespread reports of the same issue you're having, so you may also want to give the following a try first: Using SFC (System File Checker) and DISM (Deployment Imaging Servicing and Management) to Repair Windows 8 & 10
