[SOLVED] KB5005043 installs successfully but after Reboot download starts again in Window 10 Version 1607

I have a Windows 10 1607 LTSB vesion machine. When run Check for Updates it installs the latest August KB5005043 and completes installation. But after rebooting the system again starts downloading the KB5005043(in Check for Updates). CBS.log also doesn't show any error(I am attaching the same here).
Please guide.
