I did read the readme and make sure that I have KB4516655 and KB4474419 installed. However, it still fails. Please help.
 
I installed the Windows6.1-KB3212646-x64.cab successfully, however, the update still failed.
 
Could I just install KB3212646 from microsoft update catalog if I encounter this issue for other servers?
