[SOLVED] Kb4474419 cant update

So i just bought a vga for my pc with the thought that hey,now i can play some game withou laggy anymore!So i install the drive of my vga,then its say tgat i need to update KB4474419 in oder to install.I really need some help from you guys if its possible.Thank you.
Also here are my result from sfc/scannow:
WRP found some corrupt files but unable to fix some of them

Your Google Drive link is not public, please make sure it is or use another file-sharing site.
 
Follow the instructions below to run a scan with the System Update Readiness Tool (SURT) and provide a log.
  1. Download SURT for your system. (Windows 7 SP1 x64)
  2. Once downloaded, execute the installer, and go through the installation (this process can take around 15-20 minutes).
  3. On completion, a log will be created in C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CheckSUR.log.
  4. Attach this log to your next reply.
Alternatively, if these instructions are unclear for you, you can follow the tutorial below.

Thank you for replying.I wil try to give you the information as soon as possible.I hop you will guide me throug hthis problm cause im really mad at this error now.
 
Oh and when i saw the error code in the update history,its said code error 80073712.Thank you.

Thank you,myinstall time is longer than i expected.It take me 2 and a half hours to instal surt but thankfully it worked well.And here is the link to the file that you requested.Thank you.
 
There are almost 9k of system files missing/corrupt. Did you use some kind of cleaning tool ?
We need a number of steps to fix this.
Backup all you important data first if not already done.
Please report when done.

Omg.I cant belive that my computer have that much errors.I will do as your instructions as fast as possible.Thank you.

  • Download
    myjIXnC.png
    SFCFix and move the executable to your desktop.
  • Download the file SFCFix.zip and save it on your desktop.
  • Save any work you have open, and close all programs.
  • Drag the SFCFix.zip file over the
    myjIXnC.png
    SFCFix.exe executable and release it.

  • SFCFix will launch, let it complete.
  • Once done, a file will appear on your desktop, called SFCFix.txt.

It said that zip file is corrupt or unreadable.And i need to re download and try again.If its doesnt work than i should let you know that the upload is corrupt and that something only you can fix
