[SOLVED] KB4471318 update failure- Error Code 8000FFF Windows 7 Pro x64

I have tried to install this update multiple times with Norton on, off,firewall on, off to no avail. No other known computer issues other than this update issue. I believe I have all of the requested information below but please let me know what else might be required. Any help you can provide is greatly appreciated.

Thanks you. That did the trick. As an FYI after installing KB3177467 I was able to install KB441738 and then had to reinstall KB3177467.
