All security monthly quarterly updates for windows 7 have failed for some time now.

CBS folder contents here.

Hello and welcome! Try booting into Clean Boot mode and retrying updates.

If they fail, attach CBS.log.

Please temporarily remove you antivirus software and retry updates. If they fail, attach CBS.log and C:\Windows\Inf\setupapi.dev.log.
