Here you go.. btw, my CBS log was over 500mb and climbing.. Trustedinstaller is CONSTANTLY trying to do something every few minutes and eats a ton of ram in the process. I trimmed it down to only show today's entries, which made it manageable. I attempted installing the patch via the .msu file from Update Catalog this morning.

I'm attempting to uninstall KB3191566 Windows Management Framework 5.1 update. It's stuck at "Please wait while the updates are being uninstalled" and watching TrustedInstaller.exe use a lot of cpu/memory.
Curious where you're seeing that PS is causing the issue?

Sorry to keep you waiting.. I'm trying! :) My CBS.log is 1.4gb now trying to uninstall this patch (or its attempting to reinstall the problem KB at the same time, not sure)... it's failing to uninstall also. I get prompted to reboot, then it reverts changes. Stuck!

Here's a bit of the tail-end of the log when trying to uninstall that WMF 5.1 KB. Its actually after it reboots a couple of time and reverts changes. I see a lot of the "PATH_NOT_FOUND" errors but if I look in c:\windows\servicing\packages, I see the files referenced.

Uninstalled AV also. What would you like me to attempt now that its gone? Also, best way to get "fresh" logs so they're not so huge.. Thanks!

Negative. Not yet.. this is a business that is using Win7 still. Not looking good re: logs?
