[SOLVED] KB4284826_2018-06 Security Monthly Quality Rollup Windows 7 x64 FAILS :(

2018-06 Security Monthly Quality Rollup for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB4284826)
Update Fails: Code 80073701
OS...Microsoft Windows [Version 6.1.7601]
Major Minor Build Revision

Cleaned all previous CBS logs..

Firewall Off
Ran SFC... SFC /Scannow
Ran CheckSUR... WUSA Windows6.1-KB947821-v34-x64.msu
Ran SFCFix... SFCFix.exe
Ran Windows Update to install KB4284826 (result: fail)

Other cbs logs & SFCFix logs attached
Main CBS.log on Dropbox Dropbox - CBS.log

Also, copied 'windows6.1-kb2952664-v24-x64_cd95eff6a0b4dc190709f9a0e7a00f782a74ee5c.msu' to 'C:\Windows\CheckSur\packages' from 'Microsoft Update Catalog' before running CheckSUR

KB3210131 & KB4014565 are not available in 'Microsoft Update Catalog'!

Cannot uninstall nor reinstall kb2952664 manually (wusa)

If I run 'DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /Scanhealth' it loops in a continuous popup of cmdwindows trying to expand kb2952664, cannot read exact txt cause the windows open and close fast

Please Help!!! :(

Remove Update Manually
1. Click on the Start button and in the search box, type Command Prompt
2. When you see Command Prompt on the list, right-click on it and select Run as administrator
3. When command prompt opens, copy and paste the following command into it, press enter
wusa /uninstall /KB:2952664

4. Let me know if it says it was successful or if there are any errors.

1. Download attached file and save it to the Desktop.
Note. It's important that both files, FRST64 and fixlist.txt are in the same location or the fix will not work (in this case...the desktop).
2. Run FRST64 by Right-Clicking on the file and choosing Run as administrator.
3. Press the Fix button just once and wait. If for some reason the tool needs a restart, please make sure you let the system restart normally. After that let the tool complete its run.
4. When finished FRST64 will generate a log on the Desktop (Fixlog.txt). Please post the contents of it in your reply.
5. Afterwards, attempt to install KB2952664 and attach CBS.log if it fails.

Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them.
Details are included in the CBS.Log windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log
