[SOLVED] KB4103718 broken (Win 7)

Hello everybody,
For now nearly one month, I'm struggling with an update problem on a Win 7 family premium (6.1 SP1)...
All worked nicely until the KB4103718 arrived. It was correctly downloaded, but definitely refused to install: when the PC stops, I'm advised to wait a moment and when the PC restarts, the installation proceeds. When it reaches 96%, it discovers something it doesn't like and rewinds back the whole installation!
After restarting again, it displays an "error 0x8007054F".
I tried about everything usually used to repair update: chkdsk /f /r , SFC /SCANNOW , MS Fixit (WindowsUpdate.diagcab), the MS "System Update Readiness tool", deep cleaning of the updates directories, etc.
But, in fact, I think it's not really an update problem, it's a KB4103718 problem... Because meanwhile others update arrived and were correctly installed (e.g. KB4093113)!
Thus, I tried to install manually the KB4093113, which is the "precursor" of the KB4103718 (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4103718/windows-7-update-kb4103718). This one worked perfectly. But the KB4103718 is still broken.
In desperation, like a big lazy, I decided to wait for the next Monthly Rollup to see what would happen...
Unfortunately, when the KB4284826 arrived, it also failed to install, with the same 0x8007054F error.
So, as my laziness has not been rewarded, I come here hoping to get some help from renowned experts.
I followed the instructions given in the forum, and here is the result of SFCFix + the whole CBS directory:

Oh, and I forgot: as I saw in the logs some alerts about Avast, I uninstalled Avast. But it didn't help.

I would greatly appreciate your help!
Thank you.

As nobody answered yet, I read this forum more thoroughly and I found some other tests to do :
- I ran Windows Repair (All-in-One) successfully and retried to update. Nope.
- I ran a clean boot as MS defines it (I'd already done that long ago...). Didn't help.
- I ran gsmartcontrol-1.1.1 which found no errors (log and final screen below)

New updates do not work either : still KB4284826 and now KB2538243
Well... I'm in deep trouble!
Please help me!

In desperation, I was just about to reinstall the whole thing... But your help would be welcome before that!
Thanks

Start with the following:

Step#1 - Capture Process Monitor Trace
1. Download and run Process Monitor. Leave this running while you perform the next steps.
2. Try installing the update just like you have in the past.
3. Stop Process Monitor as soon as it fails. You can simply do this by clicking the magnifying glass on the toolbar as shown below.

4. Select the File menu...Save... and save the file to your desktop. This is likely the default location. The name (unless changed) will be LogFile.PML. This is fine.
5. Zip up and attach the LogFile.PML file as well as your CBS.log

Here are the LogFile.PML, CBS.log and SFCFix : Partage de gros fichier - Page de téléchargement
I'm not sure if you'll get exactly what you wanted, because :
1) the log file is huge, because the updates process begins by creating a restore point, which takes quite a long time
2) however, it probably doesn't content all what you need, because the update runs in two times: the "preinstallation" which is logged here, and the real installation, which occurs when rebooting the PC and that I can't log with procmon, because it starts very early in the startup process... And this is where the darn thing fails!

Ah, it fails at configuration. Yes, then the classical ProcMon is not much help. Your machine will reboot after the fix! Make sure you save all your data before!

Please do the following:

Step#1 - FRST Fix
NOTICE: This script was written specifically for this user, for use on that particular machine. Running this on another machine may cause damage to your operating system
1. Please download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your Desktop.
Note: You need to run the 64-bit Version so please ensure you download that one.
2. Download attached file and save it to the Desktop.
Note. It's important that both files, FRST64 and fixlist.txt are in the same location or the fix will not work (in this case...the desktop).
3. Run FRST64 by Right-Clicking on the file and choosing Run as administrator.
4. Press the Fix button just once and wait. If for some reason the tool needs a restart, please make sure you let the system restart normally. After that let the tool complete its run.
5. When finished FRST64 will generate a log on the Desktop (Fixlog.txt). Please post the contents of it in your reply.

OK I'll do that in a minute: the PC is still busy rebooting and cancelling it's failed updates :-)

Here is the Fixlog.txt. I saw it is in French... I hope this doesn't bother you too much, but if you wish, I can translate in English.
